Using Keeve
You may use Keeve only in line with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the accounts and data your agency connects, and for the actions of your users.
Your data
Your agency retains ownership of the commercial data you connect. We process it to provide the service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep Keeve available and secure, but the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability
Keeve provides commercial guidance and evidence to support your decisions. Final commercial decisions remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
